The Program of Work comes together with the following Commitees:

- Leadership Development
- Member Services
- Educational Affairs
- Military Affairs
- Governmental Affairs
- Long Range Planning / Senior Advisory
- Transition Committee (during years 1 - 3)
As we continue to work on the framework for a Houston County COC Program of Work, we find a great deal of overlap as well as the opportunity to expand on existing programs that benefit the chamber and its members. It is not our recommendation to eliminate any long standing successful programs, but rather to perpetuate all of our successful programs, including but certainly not limited to Play Day, Business After Hours, Entrepreneurial Friendly Program, Dogwood Festival, Small Business Recognition, AIC, Leadership Programs, and many others.
While we have tried to outline some of the focus a new organization could have, it is appropriate to recognize the authority a Houston County COC Board of Directors would have to establish a detailed future Program of Work.
