The Perry and Warner Robins Area Chamber due's structures show certain similarities and certain distinct differences. Our goal is to utilize the existing budgets to come up with an estimated Houston County COC budget and then recommend a dues structure that would accomodate such a budget.
The final authority on the budget and on dues would rest with a Houston County COC Board of Directors. However, we anticipate for at least a year and perhaps two, a moratorium on any change in dues structure in order to better facilitate some consistency for a Houston County COC.
Additionally, we believe it fair to point out the opportunity costs that are now expended by members that afford their time to both chambers.
